Overview
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing all custodial, janitorial, and housekeeping operations, as well as supporting engineering-related maintenance services for HVAC systems at the Mount Vernon Campus. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing janitorial teams in a higher education or similarly complex campus environment, with strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
About the Campus:
George Washington University’s Mount Vernon Campus—affectionately known as “The Vern”—is a scenic 25-acre satellite campus located in the Foxhall neighborhood of Northwest D.C., just three miles from GW’s Foggy Bottom location. The campus includes 16 buildings that house residence halls, academic spaces, a library, dining venues, and both classroom and laboratory facilities.
Compensation: $ 100,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
