About this Position As a System Engineer (ServiceNow), you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. What you´ll do
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow custom applications and Hardware Asset Management projects
- Understand the need to standardize the process/development and incorporate such requirements into the design
- Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for project success and continuous improvements
- Assists in the troubleshooting of performance, integration, and user management issues by digging into application and system logs
- Work with the business to understand opportunity for process improvement
