What you´ll do
- Execute day to day activities related to LATAM Customer Service operations in the area of HCB - Order Entry Processing and Management, Customer Purchase Order Entry, Status of Order, Order Tracking, and Deductions & other Debit/Credit Note creation activities
- Process claim requests and manage disputes, including the creation, editing, and processing of credit and
debit notes, depending on the case requirements - Generate and maintain Sales and Order Management reports for the Business Unit (BU)
- Ensure accurate transfer of documents from designated platforms to enable the creation and modification of
entry orders using the appropriate business tools - Enter, validate, track, and upload electronic invoices to specific customer web portals
- Contribute to process improvements by proposing enhancements, updating process documentation, and
identifying opportunities for automation and optimization across the workflow - Apply the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard in daily activities, while
identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
