What you´ll do
- Serve as the primary contact for Power BI support, managing and resolving user tickets with timely, high-quality assistance
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards that support strategic and operational decision‑making
- Optimize report performance and ensure visuals are intuitive, business‑aligned, and easy to use
- Create and update documentation, user guides, and best practices while conducting training sessions to strengthen Power BI adoption
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy
- Uphold compliance, data security, and governance standards across all reporting activities
