What you´ll do
- Execute daily operational tasks related to freight invoicing, transport planning, purchase order management, and reporting
- Monitor and follow up on supplier payment terms to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight-related invoices
- Validate that tariffs applied on freight documents match negotiated agreements to prevent cost deviations and maintain budget accuracy
- Ensures data quality and timely delivery of Supply Chain reports
- Provide process and technical expertise to the business, serving as a reliable point of contact for freight billing inquiries and operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and uphold service excellence in logistics, planning & operations
