Position OverviewUHP is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team. This role will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from working with leaders to identify talent needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop detailed job descriptions, and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Sourcing and Pipeline: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and our applicant tracking system (ATS), to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate journey, from initial contact and screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with UHP’s mission and values.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting UHPs mission-driven culture, sharing outcomes and veteran transition testimonials to attract top talent.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records in the ATS, track key recruiting metrics, and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and company guidelines.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications- 5 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing across diverse role types.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong administrative skills, including meticulous attention to detail, data integrity, and timely reporting.
- Proficiency with using sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Experience with ATS administration is a plus.
- A deep respect for the veteran community
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Onsite or remote eligible - see location details above.)
Preferred Qualifications- Military experience or a direct connection to the veteran community.
- Familiarity with UHP’s mission, the Blueprint educational model, and immersive campus structure.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience
