Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of comprehensive social media marketing strategies for scripted series, unscripted formats, and live/special event programming.
- Translate programming priorities into platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads, emerging platforms).
- Identify audience segments and cultural insights to inform content positioning and messaging.
- Develop go-to-market social plans for premieres, finales, tentpole moments, and franchise launches.
Content & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ideate social-first, culturally relevant concepts.
- Provide strategic briefs for social creative assets, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and performance goals.
- Optimize content formats for each platform (short-form video, vertical storytelling, live engagement, community interaction).
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, publicity, paid media, research, digital partnerships) to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data and audience insights.
- Identify real-time engagement opportunities and social trends that align with brand voice and programming.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations in partnership with talent and publicity teams.
Analytics & Reporting
- Familiarity with social media KPI setting and performance metrics across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Translate performance results into actionable recommendations to optimize content and overall social strategy.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or entertainment marketing.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic audiences and cultural nuances.
- Experience developing social strategies for scripted and/or unscripted television content.
- Strong knowledge of social platform ecosystems, trends, and performance metrics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed media environments.
Preferred
- Experience supporting live or tentpole programming.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms.
- Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and emerging digital trends.
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
