What You Will Be Doing
As the Director, F-35 Strategic Initiatives you will be responsible for shaping and executing high‑impact strategies that expand F‑35 interoperability and integration across global partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary LM Aero interface and senior advisor for F‑35 strategic initiatives.
- Direct assigned activities and develop comprehensive strategic plans and tactical campaigns that drive unique, non‑traditional F‑35 initiatives, such as creating a coherent global strategy for F‑35 interoperability and ensuring seamless F‑35 integration with CCA.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with U.S. Government, international personnel, and key customers.
- Coordinate strategic activities with ADP, LM Aero Global Pursuits, F‑35 Customer Programs, LM Aero Strategic Planning, LMI, and LMGA.
- Facilitate communication across executive management and high‑level domestic and international stakeholders.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with US services (USAF, USN, USMC)
• Experience with aerospace, LM Aero products and international market knowledge.
• International customer interface experience.
• Experience with F-35 platform.
• Experience with acquisition/capture process and/or foreign military sales (FMS).
• Leadership experience.
Desired Skills:• Past experience with international captures, foreign military sales.
• Supervisor/Leader experience
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Requires a high competency in negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
