Who You Are
You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Subcontract Manager, Senior Staff member
What You Will Be Doing
This role will be responsible for the management of subcontractor cost, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance on moderate-to high-risk performance specification and complex developmental subcontracts for the F-35 program.
The selected candidate will develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution. They will act a main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office and be responsible for direction of phases of the subcontract; from initiation of the business case for "make or buy" decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plan negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.
In this role, you should be be experienced at collaborating and communicating cross-functionally and building consensus internally to help meet milestone objectives and managing supplier performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. This will also include leading a team normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement personnel.
This individual should have strong business acumen a demonstrated ability to lead with agility - this is a very dynamic role!

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Experienced in program management or supply chain management with responsibilities in managing complex subcontractor and Purchase Order (PO) negotiations as well as solving complex challenges associated with subcontractor management execution
Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas
Experience leading teams, collaborating and
communicating cross-functionally, building consensus
shaping/influencing opinion
Advanced Microsoft Office suite of applications
Desired Skills:
Experience with Development, FAR, DFAR and DOD programs
Strategic thinking
Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Office experience
Basic understanding of Earned Value Management (EV and Estimate at Complete (EAC)
Basic Understanding of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) integration
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
