Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Supply Base Management Manager to join our Supply Chain Stability team in Everett, Washington.
This position will lead a Work Movement Category team where you will work with all BCA stakeholders and suppliers. This job role will require creativity, problem solving, strong leadership, risk management, project management and the ability to work collaboratively. We are directly aligned to The Boeing Company’s stability initiatives, and this position will have a direct effect on our business unit’s priorities
We are currently hiring (Level M) Senior Supply Base Management Manager.
Position Responsibilities:

- Has advanced proficiency in Project Management methodologies and Risk Management
- Builds trust across organizations and communicates effectively to develop partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and leadership
- Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs in the lens of the Work Movement Project.
- Proactively leverages KPIs to manage business, drive performance, actions, and mitigate risk
- Champion a culture of communication that conveys organizational messages to facilitate the accomplishment of workgroup, project or process goals. Employ Seek, Speak & Listen (SS&L) to actively communicate and engage with employees, peers, customers, and stakeholders, keep others informed.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes leads process improvements.
- Maintains effectiveness and adjusts easily when experiencing changes in work task, processes, priorities, and/or requirements.
- Thinking critically to develop and navigate solutions to a broad spectrum of complexities
- Collaborate, integrate, and influence cross functionally
- Prepare and deliver presentations to support supply chain leadership decisions, strategies, and oversight
- Assess and synthesize large amounts of data to proactively address risks, issues, and opportunities
- Create, implement, and enhance standard tools, systems, and processes
- Support broader BCA teams with training, coaching, guidance on navigating work movements
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 15+ years of experience in leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- Experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 15+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
- Domestic and international travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Experience with the Boeing Production System (BPS)
- Experience with inventory management or supply chain processes and techniques
- Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Methodologies
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace/operations manufacturing management
- 10+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects
- 5+ years of experience working in a global environment

Summary pay range (Level M) - $179,350 - $242,650
