About this PositionThe primary objective of this role is to handle commercial support and facilitate operations for existing accounts across the SEA region, including: Vietnam & Malaysia.
What you´ll do
- Sales coordinator to support and facilitate business in AMO SEA business.
- Support sales and TCS on a champion of internal systems, processes and tools.
- Coordinate with sales team to prepare data for revenue estimation and demand submission on monthly basis
- Handle commercial support e.g. data preparation, quotation, meeting minute, contract management, follow-up aging report.
- Initiate, coordinate and ensure systematic follow-up for commercial and customer-related: sample requests, pricing request, operating CMP tool, issue DN/CN, collect forecast from customer, ACE ticket raise/ maintenance, PIA request.
- Key interface, facilitate and bridging with function teams in terms of issues coordination, collaboration.
- Assist Sales and TCS on general administration , e.g. managing schedule, distribute sales documents, manage hotel and ticket booking, organize and arrange meeting.
- Collect market automotive market trend to provide visibility of market update to sales.
- Support sales & marketing roadshow activities.
