Job Description Summary
As an Outbound Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation of all shipping documents within the Rivalta Site. In this role you will be in contact with the Customer Fulfillment Office, Quality Certifying Staff and Italy Custom.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Create the documents for the Export declaration issued by Italy custom
Create the documents for the forwarders and couriers
Create the Air Way Bills with couriers portal (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
Focal point with forwarders to define the best solutions in terms of TT and OTD
Interact with Customers using their Portals for Shipping Orders
Demonstrate strong Knowledge about the Custom regulations
Aware and competent about ICC to define the right Incoterms
Focal point the interaction with drivers to solve contingencies and unexpected issues
Qualifications/Requirements
High School Diploma, preferably High School Technical Diploma
Previous work experience in outbound logistics and warehouse
Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP applications
Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to perform in a team environment
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
Availability to flexible times on a daily basis and to work over the week-end for urgencies
Fluent Italian and English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
