Collaborate with multiple world-wide suppliers to deliver high quality oil pan products.
Support development of new suppliers to grow the supply base of oil pan assemblies and components.
Work closely with engine operations to proactively design oil pans for improved assembly, fit-up new oil pan designs, and resolve assembly issues.
Communicate technical results and recommendations to stakeholders, team members, and internal customers.
Make cost‑value tradeoffs and support decisions with engineering rationale in oil pan design activities.
