Position Overview
Roche Surety and Casualty Co., Inc., a national surety company admitted in 39 states, is seeking an Agent Success Coordinator & Representative to support company growth through relationship-building, agent onboarding, and national brand visibility.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with people, representing a respected brand in the bail bond industry, and helping agents succeed from their first conversation through long-term partnership.
The position is hybrid, requiring flexibility between in-office collaboration, remote work, and travel to conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Growth & Expansion
- Identify and engage bail bond agents in new and existing markets
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective agent partnerships
- Support the Vice President in expanding Roche Surety’s national footprint
Agent Success, Support & Retention
- Guide new agents through onboarding, appointment, and documentation steps
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for agent questions and support
- Strengthen long-term agent relationships through proactive communication
- Help ensure agents feel connected, informed, and supported as part of the Roche network
Brand Ambassador & Industry Presence
- Represent Roche Surety at conferences, trade shows, association events, and industry meetings
- Support event planning, booth presence, and relationship-building on-site
- Promote Roche Surety’s brand, values, and reputation in a professional and engaging way
Reporting & Internal Collaboration
- Track leads, onboarding progress, and outreach activity
- Provide regular updates and reporting to the Vice President
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional agent experience
- Support marketing initiatives and brand messaging efforts
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, or insurance preferred
- Bail bond industry experience is strongly preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability
- Professional presence and confidence representing a company publicly
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office, home, and travel)
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring flexibility:
- Some days working in-office
- Some days working remotely from home
- Some travel (approximately 20%) for conferences, trade shows, and out-of-state agent engagement
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
