Overview:
Senior Manager, Value Stream Management (VSM) for the Neurovascular group, based in Irvine, CA or Juarez Mexico. In this role, we guide, coordinate, and improve how products move from development through manufacturing and supply so they stay reliable, available, and financially sound throughout their lifecycle.
We shape product plans, prepare manufacturing and supply paths, and strengthen lifecycle performance. We work closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to make decisions, solve problems, and set direction for cost, service, inventory, risks, and long‑term product needs. We do meaningful work — and we do it together!
Key Responsibilities:
- We listen to, gather, and translate customer and market needs into clear product and supply decisions.
- We build, update, and communicate product plans (PSRs) so everyone stays aligned.
- We analyze risks, rank priorities, and track work across multiple projects.
- We set, measure, and review goals related to reliability, cost, inventory, and financial results.
- We partner, prepare, and coordinate with Operations and R&D to support new product launches — exciting moments for our team!
- We identify, test, and implement improvements in manufacturability and production processes.
- We monitor, evaluate, and strengthen cost, quality, service levels, and compliance.
- We review, compare, and approve capital investments based on real need and impact.
- We organize, connect, and support supply chain projects, including digital tools and data systems.
- We assess, forecast, and mitigate supply‑related risks to protect product availability.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required: MBA or Masters degree is preferred
Required:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience is required, as well as 5 years leading or coordinating cross‑functional work.
- Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or similar fields.
- Direct experience operating in a healthcare manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret financial drivers such as COGS and P&L elements.
- Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and NPI processes.
- Comfortable working across global teams and complex structures.

We value experience applying GMP principles, running plant operations, analyzing costs, evaluating vendors, reviewing contracts, collaborating across teams, and measuring performance. If you bring strengths in these areas, we’d love to see them!

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
