What you´ll do
- We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales Engineer to join our team focused on prefabrication technologies for the construction and industrial sectors.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and supporting a holistic portfolio of solutions (e.g. adhesives, mortars, tiles system, coatings, and auxiliary systems) tailored for industrial producers and precast manufacturers.
- This is a key customer-facing role, combining technical expertise, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers, designers, and production stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial producers, prefabrication manufacturers, and construction stakeholders
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio • Identify and engage key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and production departments
- Prepare technical and commercial offer, including detailed product selection, pricing and delivery terms in line with customer expectations and company standards
- Coordinate technical support, conduct practical applications and product trials, training sessions on site
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regional teams to ensure alignment with market needs
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders
