What you´ll do
- The Team Manager Global Trade leads end‑to‑end Foreign Trade operations for LATAM, ensuring compliance, high service quality, and efficient execution across multiple countries.
- This role oversees a regional team, drives process alignment, manages stakeholders at all levels, and supports global initiatives, tool deployments, and continuous improvement efforts.
- The manager is accountable for service performance, risk mitigation, resource planning, and budget management while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Lead Global Trade / Foreign Trade operations for LATAM, ensuring compliance with regulations, FTAs, COO, and classification standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day workflow, resource planning, and operational performance across multiple countries.
- Drive process alignment, standardization, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regional/global teams, Centers of Expertise, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee participation in global projects, tool rollouts, transitions, and control tower activities.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage budget and identify cost optimization opportunities. Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance management, recruitment, and engagement.
- Handle escalations and provide data-driven decisions to resolve complex issues.
- Foster collaboration with global, regional, and local teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
