About this Position
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ciudad de México. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with professional salon clients, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent brand representation in your territory.
As a key point of contact for our customers, you will combine commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the professional beauty market to grow the business, expand distribution, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What you´ll do

Manage customer accounts by taking and processing orders while maintaining strong commercial relationships.

Develop and execute action plans for each client to achieve sales and distribution targets.

Ensure strong brand representation and merchandising standards in partner salons.

Collaborate with Technical Advisors (TAs) to coordinate education initiatives that drive sales impact.

Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and manage administrative tasks such as reporting and contract management.
