The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Enterprise Security Services Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security Operations Support team in Mesa, AZ; Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; or Seattle, WA.
This manager-of-managers position will lead a team of Industrial Security Professionals to ensure our facilities, personnel, and communications security posture meet DoD and other applicable classified security requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for PERSEC, COMSEC, and physical security programs
Oversee personnel security lifecycle activities: investigations, adjudications, continuous vetting, access management, foreign travel/contact reporting, adverse reporting, and suitability processes
Oversee COMSEC program management including key material handling, COMSEC account management, accreditation support, and coordination with 3-digit and 6-digit COMSEC authorities
Oversee physical security for ICD 705 facilities: TEMPEST, SCIF/SAPF construction/maintenance, physical access controls, intrusion detection, environmental protections, and accreditation readiness
Ensure alignment with NISPOM, NIST Special Publications (800-37, 800-53, 800-171, etc.), DAAPM, CNSSI guidance, JSIG, and other applicable directives
Help develop and maintain policies, procedures, training, and audit programs to sustain continuous compliance and readiness for inspections and government reviews
Manage risks and corrective action plans arising from inspections, self-assessments, or government findings; drive remediation to closure
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of PERSEC specialists, COMSEC custodians/managers, and physical security technicians
Engage with senior U.S. Government Authorizing Officials (AOs), Cognizant Security Agencies (CSAs), and other government stakeholders to represent program status and risk posture
Provide executive-level reporting, analytics, and metrics to inform leadership decision-making on security posture, risk, and resourcing
Drive continuous improvement in security processes, automation, and tool adoption to increase effectiveness and auditability
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or have you been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
10+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
10+ years of experience in a management role with both people and business unit leadership responsibilities
10+ years of experience working in government industry and/or in DoD, NSA or SCI COMSEC account management
10+ years of experience with ICD 705
10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
10+ years of experience building a team and developing employees
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience as an ICD 705 Program Manager, SCIF Technical Security Officer (TSO), COMSEC Custodian/Manager, and/or Personnel Security Lead
Experience with TEMPEST, ICD 705 TEMPEST requirements, physical security standards, and countermeasures
Experience managing security budgets, resourcing, and contractor performance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $170,000 – $246,100
