Job Title: Facilities Technician
Job Summary:
This position provides clerical and administrative support and relief of administrative detail for one or more locations.
What You Will Do
Managing purchase orders and invoices for projects and daily operations.
Monitoring and maintaining supplies and inventory for one or more facilities.
Serving as first line of support for building service problems and work requests.
Assisting facility engineers and supporting maintenance and other related departments.
Demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to carry out strategies and tasks that support the mission and goals of the leader and the organization.
Required Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics), Architecture or related field

Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation: Describes problem identification, reporting and escalation procedures, Explains the underlying concept of using a systematic approach to solve technical problems, Identifies available resources and support systems for troubleshooting, Describes common hardware, software, and communication problems; finds ways to resolve issues.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles, methods, and processes; ability to maximize machinery effectiveness through active involvement of all supporting departments: Describes the maintenance indicators associated with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Explains the history, concept, and objectives of TPM, Identifies the pillars of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Outlines the similarities and differences between Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
