Role:
Coordinates engineering releasing activities between engineering design areas and procurement/scheduling with effective and timely implementation.
What the candidate will do:
- Creating, maintaining, and communicating accurate change management data at both the local and corporate level through data entry in multiple management information systems.
- Analyzing engineering releases, changes, drawing notices to create change management requirements, providing the creation of product structure based on engineering design.
- Maintaining close team relationships with releasing analysts, as well as teams in manufacturing operations, process planning, engineering design, and material planning.
Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer Administrator, Business Administration, or related careers, completed or expected to graduate within the current year
- Intermediate English Conversational

- Describes the use of bills of materials and required supply documentation.
- Background of 1–2 years in manufacturing roles.
- Basic SAP knowledge, CBS module.
Problem Solving
- Explains the value of a disciplined approach to problem solving.
- Describes problem reporting and escalation practices.
- Utilizes standard procedures for problem analysis and resolution.
- Identifies key problem‑solving techniques applied within own area.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
The best candidates will also have:
- Advanced Conversational English
- Previous involvement in PCC
- Power BI proficiency

Location: Santa Catarina
This position works Monday through Friday and requires full schedule availability
