Ensure compliance with government property management standards, including proper documentation, handling, and audits

Maintain inventory tracking systems, including asset status, location, and calibration records

Coordinate hardware setup and configuration to support lab integration, test, and engineering activities

Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure equipment readiness
-
Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for lab equipment
-
Support lab operations by preparing equipment for test events and ensuring proper teardown and storage
-
Assist in improving lab processes, organization, and efficiency of hardware utilization
-
Collaborate across teams to ensure timely availability of equipment to meet program schedules
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience Manage, organize, and maintain Special Test Equipment (STE) and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with program and regulatory requirements

Experience maintaining accurate documentation and tracking records (e.g., calibration logs, asset registers, equipment disposition, hardware inventory), using spreadsheets and/or enterprise systems (ERP/CMMS/asset tracking)

Experience coordinating activities across engineering, test, and operations teams to ensure equipment readiness and availability.

Knowledge of foundational lab safety and handling practices (e.g., ESD‑safe procedures, adherence to SOPs).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
