Job Overview
This position develops software solutions to create and maintain Komatsu Mining Analytics Platform (“KMAP”).
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions to create and maintain Komatsu Mining Analytics Platform (“KMAP”).
- Support development of global machine analytics for customer productivity, machine performance to reduce cost of ownership.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs in .NET6 and Python (Django) for KMAP to provide analytic insights on equipment.
- Implement software solutions Data APIs, Web apps, and Databases.
- Create and maintain efficient code that is scalable and able to handle large data volumes utilized for Mining Analytics.
- Azure DevOps Pipelines to build and deploy code changes.
- Create API development, rules and protocols that allow software systems to communicate and share data, to ensure they are secure in a cloud environment utilized for sharing customer data regarding Mining Equipment failure, usage and monitoring.
- Ensure that APIs are reliable, and compliant with standards such as OpenAPI Specification version 3.1.1.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the APIs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering and 2 years experience in developing software solutions to create and maintain Analytics Platform including with .NET6 and Python; Kafka, Snowflake, and Databricks; create and maintain code that is scalable to handle big data volume; utilize SQL; Azure DevOps Pipelines to build and deploy code changes; troubleshoot and resolve issues with APIs.
