Overview
Pay: $25.01-$25.01 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. This position is responsible for utilizing large housekeeping equipment to maintain floors, carpet, & other project work that requires specialty training (i.e. High Dusting) at T-Mobile Stadium.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains T-Mobile Stadium facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as scrubbing floors, Kaivac/deep cleaning restrooms, walkways, & trash/gondola collection.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, sub-contractors, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the ABM, T-Mobile Stadium, and regulatory authorities.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks/shifts that are assigned. Operates ride-on scrubber in concourse areas. Utilizes walk-behind scrubber for smaller areas & edges where ride-on cannot fit.
- Cleans, vacuums, & extracts carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
- Cleans, services, & maintains large housekeeping equipment.
- Cleans glass, windows, partitions, mirrors, & stainless steel.
- Gathers & empties trash gondolas using riding cart with hitch.
- Cleans stadium grounds with leaf blowers & pressure washers as needed.
- Cleans high ledges, lights, signage, & cobwebs using a lift when necessary.
- Operate escalator tread cleaner.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by ABM, clients and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required to operate ride on equipment, carts, or lifts.
- Lift certification required to operate scissor/forklifts.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer Service Experience.
- 1 year of similar work experience.
- Able to work flexible hours and Holiday as dictated by event schedule.
- Able to work in various climates in an outdoor stadium.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for long periods of time.
