Role Definition:
To oversee the planning, organization, implementation and optimization of standard digital projects and processes.
Analyze and support coordination among different teams in order to ensure, precise input/ output, with concise and streamlined communication and process for processes, documents and projects in the Digital team to better serve customers and dealers.
What will you do:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing solutions, proposals, and contingency plans for potential risks.
- Engaging and ensuring progress of projects by keeping constant communication and coordination with project team.
- Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
- Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Focusing on corrective actions or process improvements.
Skills:
Details and process oriented: Interested in-depth understanding and learning to evaluate needs, judge or define quality of what is delivered and ability to do what is needed to for effective results thru efficient planning with high level or organization and method.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: This person needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop trustworthy business partners relationships, and playing well in different roles, leading and contributing to projects as a team member.
Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Project Management: Knowledge of project management, control and reporting; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources, while managing its progress and delivery schedule
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Pre-Advanced English
Top candidates will also have:
- Knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis
- Basic knowledge of programming and/ or application development to apply in process improvement
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
