About this Position The customer service specialist will serve as the point of contact between the order entry team and the logistics department. They will be responsible of the Web Portals, for reviewing customer portals, downloading purchase orders, and forwarding all relevant information to the logistics team. Also have full communication with the clients and be update with them.
What you´ll do
- Order Entry responsible.
- Maintain active portals by tracking purchase orders.
- Make corrections to the different orders.
- Upload orders in SAP.
