Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager, Facilities Management – APACis responsible fortheend‑to‑endoperational delivery of Facilities Management services across the APAC region, supporting DePuy Synthes sites spanning mature and emerging markets. This role translates regional FM strategy intosite‑levelexecution, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, andcost‑effectivehard and soft FM service delivery aligned to DPS standards and Project Osprey separation requirements.
Operating as the primary APAC execution lead, this role partners closely with site leaders, regional EHS&S, Quality, Real Estate, Project Delivery, and outsourced service providers to manage daily operations, service performance, risk, and continuity across the APAC portfolio.
Facilities Operations & Service Delivery
Leadday‑to‑dayFM service delivery across APAC sites, ensuring consistent execution of global FM standards while adapting to local regulatory, labor, and infrastructure requirements.
Oversee hard and soft FM services, including building operations, maintenance, utilities, janitorial, security coordination, andlife‑safetysystems.
Vendor & Performance Management
Manage regional FM service providers andsite‑levelvendors, driving performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service specifications.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensureregulatory compliance, audit readiness, and documentationacross diverse APAC legal, safety, environmental, and labor frameworks.
Partner with EHS&S, Quality, Security, and Legal to manage operational risk, incident response, andinspectionreadiness.
Project Osprey & Portfolio Transitions
Execute FM readiness activities for site separations, transfers, new locations, andwork‑from‑hometransitions under Project Osprey.
Provide FM input into capital projects, site transitions, and lease events, ensuring operational requirements are embedded early.
Stakeholder & Site Leadership Partnership
Act as a trusted operational partner to APAC site leaders, providing guidance on facilities capabilities, constraints, and risk tradeoffs.
Data, Reporting & Operational Insights
Maintain accountability for FM data accuracy, including asset records, service performance metrics, and issue tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business, or related fieldrequired.
8–10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Operations, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
Experience in medicaldevice, life sciences, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries preferred.
