Lead an organization that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for the Internal Oracle SDLC. Currently the team owns our Source Code Management system along with the pull request experience. This team will need to integrate AI into its workflows to enhance to developer experience and has room to grow into other areas of functionality that are adjacent to it. This person will need to be able to develop a roadmap with a vision for the space to excite Oracle's development staff.

As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture. You will need to be able maintain project roadmaps and deliver on time. You will need to grow a team of engineers, teaching them best practices and helping them move along in their career.
