Overview
The
Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial or industrial facilities. This role ensures all plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely while maintaining compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Pay: $34.00/hour.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fixtures, drains, and water heaters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and pressure problems
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify required repairs or improvements
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations
- Repair or replace fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and drains
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues, including after-hours service calls if required
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Coordinate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- 3+ years of plumbing experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and repair techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues independently
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
