Role Summary
Archie Corporation is a small federal and SLED services contracting prime (SDVOSB, HUBZone, MBE/DBE, 8(a) pending) expanding into janitorial and facility services. This role focuses on identifying, vetting, and maintaining relationships with potential subcontractors and teaming partners. Reporting directly to the BD and Sourcing leads, the coordinator ensures a steady pipeline of partners for our proposal efforts.
Primary Focus: Partner & Subcontractor Development (~70%)
- Research & Identification: Identify potential partners for specific opportunities using SAM.gov, FPDS, USASpending, and direct prospecting.
- Vetting: Evaluate candidates based on certifications, geography, capability, and past performance.
- Outreach Management: Execute a structured four-touch outreach sequence and log all interactions in Airtable.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Manage the Partners pipeline in Airtable, ensuring all contact history and fit notes are linked to active opportunities.
- Meeting Support: Schedule capability calls, capture notes, and prepare go/no-go materials for the BD Lead.
- Follow-up: Maintain momentum with promising leads through consistent follow-up.
Secondary Focus: Proposal Support (~30%)
- Data Collection: Gather teaming agreements, past performance data, and capability statements for bids.
- Proposal Assembly: Assist in formatting proposal sections and tracking submission deadlines.
- Process Adherence: Operate within Archie’s existing bid-process SOPs and templates.
Candidate Profile
- Strong professional communication skills; comfortable with cold and warm outreach.
- Persistent, organized, and capable of managing multi-touch cadences independently.
- Detail-oriented with CRMs (Airtable experience is a plus).
- Self-directed and research-minded.
- Familiarity with the federal/DoD environment is a plus.
- No prior federal contracting experience is required; we will provide training on our SOPs.
Success at 12 Weeks
Following a two-week onboarding, success is defined by an active partner pipeline, current Airtable records, and a consistent schedule of vetted capability calls. The fellow is responsible for providing the data necessary to expedite leadership's final partner decisions.
