Drive initiatives to increase qualified lead volume by identifying gaps in submission workflows and partner engagement.
Analyze lead data to identify trends, drop-off points, and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales, partners, and operations teams to streamline intake processes and improve lead quality.
Implement process improvements and automation to reduce lead fallouts and ensure data completeness.
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on pipeline health and lead performance.
Work to improve My Partner Lead submissions by Identifying workflow issues and lead steps for troubleshooting until resolution
Address fallouts due to inconsistent or missing info, like account alignment and seller information.
