The Senior Field Sales Operations Leader serves as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, driving growth, productivity, and commercial outcomes across Latin America. This role provides thought leadership and planning rigor across the organization, managing operational cadences, unlocking field productivity through data insights and scalable mechanisms, enabling informed decision-making, and accelerating speed of execution.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations for Latin America, this leader oversees a team of Sales Operations Leads and empowers sales leaders to anticipate market shifts, act on data with confidence, and deliver predictable, measurable results.
This is a high-visibility position that demands both analytical depth and strategic acumen, with direct influence on the growth trajectory of AWS across Latin America.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic thought partner to LATAM Sales Leaders: providing data-backed strategies, identifying risks early, and helping the leader look around corners. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities, deliver business insights and develop scalable mechanisms to address them and drive action.
- Lead planning activities, territory planning, account segmentation, target-setting processes and narrative development.
- Drive operational efficiency through GenAI and automation tools (report simplification, process improvement)
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations Leads across Latin America: setting clear expectations, building analytical capabilities, and fostering a culture of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and operational excellence.
- Drive pipeline inspection, forecasting, reporting, business tracking and processes management, ensuring rigor, accountability, and timely follow-through on action items.
- Coordinate Business Reviews with clear operational and growth insights, trends, and recommended actions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Worldwide Sales Operations, Service Teams, Marketing, and Partner organizations to deliver on business objectives.
