THE WORK
- Reports to Sikorsky Operations (Avionics, Aerostructures, & Material Logistics) and will support 3 Directors, several Senior Managers, and staff members.
- Responsible for prioritizing workload, schedules, travel and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary data.
- Must have ability to manage and screen large number of telephone calls and meeting requests for 3 Directors; referring calls and managing calendar as appropriate.
- Individual will be expected to deal courteously and visitors, callers, customers and company personnel.
- Will handle high volume of travel plans and generate/process large number of domestic and international expense reports for multiple leaders.
- Assist and coordinate with managing multiple conference rooms to accommodate high level meetings across Customer Programs.
- Will also assist with on-site visit requests, escorting, facilitating events, and ordering office supplies.
- Individual will also fill-in for other administrative assistants as needed.
- Standard administrative duties (coordinate dynamic daily schedule, maintain calendar, prepare documents, file, status projects, ordering offices supplies, audio/video request, hospitality and visit requests, visitor management system
- input, daily business reporting, department training status, etc.).
- Assist in preparation of briefing materials, including Power Point presentations.
- Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
- May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
- May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in data management and analysis, particularly in an inventory management or logistics context. You will possess:
- A strong foundation in IT, with experience working with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Tableau, Box, Slack, Share Point, and Business Intelligence tools
- Experience working with Lean tools and methodologies, with the ability to update and develop process flow documentation and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental procedures relative to purchasing and financial reporting activities

Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Experience in managing calendars & schedules.
- Experience in handling a high volume of scheduling travel and reconciling expense reports.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with Lockheed-Martin systems such as CONCUR, PCARD, Meeting card for Lockheed Martin Travel.
- Proven ability to proactively plan and prioritize administrative requirements and will strive to anticipate needs in order to best manage the office.
- Ability to schedule and reconcile international travel plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team player attitude is a must.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $56600.00 - $105000.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
