Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports management and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, scheduling, recordkeeping, and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $19.00 per hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for managers and department leaders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential information.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and company events.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with data entry, record management, and document preparation.
- Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Process mail, invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork.
- Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
