What you´ll do
- Identify and develop new applications for coatings, composite repair, and structural reinforcement technologies.
- Lead engineering improvement projects focused on efficiency, standardization, and quality.
- Support testing, validation, and field demonstration programs for new applications.
- Develop technical documentation, design guides, and application procedures.
- Support strategic sales opportunities with advanced technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Software teams.
- Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Mentor engineers and support onboarding and technical training initiatives.
- Help maintain engineering best practices, standards, and knowledge management systems.
- Serve as a technical resource for complex customer applications and engineering challenges.
