Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success. What you will do in this role:
- Provide secretarial support to department personnel including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents.
- Power Point presentation development
- Policy & Procedure development/revision
- Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.
- Answers inquiries or refers callers/visitors to appropriate individuals.
- Schedule/coordinates meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and submit expense reports for business expenditures
- Typing and distribution of meeting minutes if needed
- Compiles reports from data and existing records.
- Filing pertinent contract support materials
- Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communications.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
What Qualifications you will need:
- Associates degree preferred
- Min 3-7 years of administrative assistance experience
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio.
- Ability to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures and make changes accurately.
- Experience with Concur expense management system preferred.
- Skilled communicator in verbal and written form
