Description
Provides administrative support to multiple managers as well as Sales Professionals in order to meet business objectives and goals within the organization.
Essential Functions
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple managers and Sales professionals through a variety of communication channels
- Ability to work and collaborate with a dynamic Sales team
- Ability to develop and build reports that assist Sales Managers in identifying key trends
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
CPS or one (1) year of college related courses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Experienced in planning, coordinating, and executing meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reports, and executive resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Demonstrates excellent administrative, organizational, spelling, punctuation, and English language skills. Highly detail-oriented, manage confidential information with discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
CA - $23.84/hr - $28.61/hr; CO & NV - $19.87/hr - $27.81/hr; HI - $22.85/hr - $31.98/hr; WA - $18.87/hr - $26.42/hr
Additional Details:
This position is not eligible for relocation. Position not eligible for sponsorship. The desired location for this position may be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
