Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse Float Pool functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid California RN license
- Current BCLS certification
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- National RN Certification preferred
- Minimum of one year acute care hospital Med Surg/Tele RN experience required
