Decision Support: Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide analytical support to inform decision-making and strategic direction.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the VP and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Program Oversight: Monitor and track the progress of key projects, addressing any challenges or issues as they arise.

Budget and Resource Management: Oversee regional / site budget planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure progress against both strategic and operational goals.

Team Leadership: Coordinates site council and staff, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and site objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.

Crisis and Incident Management: Collaborate with the Business Resilience and Crisis Management (BRCM) team to support incident response, ensuring the VP and Council are well-informed and prepared to act.

Meeting Preparation: Plan agendas, coordinate briefings, and ensure the VP is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.

Policy and Compliance: Ensure that initiatives, projects, and activities comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.

Experience in programs / project management, leadership executive support and /or a technical lead in any technical discipline (engineering, operations, security, functional or mission areas... etc.).

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
