Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone and email inquiries, requests and problems,
- Resolving or referring billing disputes,
- Correcting payment errors,
- Using through knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures,
- Entering and modifying customer data in IT systems,
- Revising fee and finance charges as appropriate,
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Experience in Customer Service area,
- Polish and English (C1 level),
- Good knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services,
- Availability to work in shift work (Monday - Friday - 8.a.m - 7 p.m - 8 hours shift),
- Ability to work in hybrid model;
- Effective telephone and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls,
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft,
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
