Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract, hire, and onboard top talent to ensure the team is equipped with skilled and motivated employees.
Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support their career growth.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining a fair and lawful workplace.
Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews and developing improvement plans for employees.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively.
HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, utilizing HR systems to streamline processes.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement, contributing to a productive and positive workplace culture.
Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Assists in the deployment of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support to employees and may help determine the appropriate resolution to common Human Resources inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Works within defined human resource processes to (e.g. compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support) to take appropriate action. Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee files; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy Coordinates and assists with internal audit requests. May assist in documenting investigations. Coordinates Human Resources business process activities to support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives. Provides staffing and recruiting support; coordinates recruiting activities; updates the applicant tracking system, coordinates assessment testing where applicable, conducts reference checks for new hires; coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities. Coordinates standard compensation processes and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources. Assists in administration of human resources policies and procedures; may audit compliance with key legislative requirements. Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice.

Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Desired general knowledge of administration of Leave programs such as PTO/Vacation, and leaves of absence.
- Facilitating annual training classes for hourly personnel and conducting presentations and classes for employees.
- Preferred experience in leading New Hire Orientation classes, and processing I9 Documentation.
- Ability to coordinate follow-ups with managers
- Ability to maintain and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Experience with Data management is preferred.
- Experience handling small HR-focused projects, such as Excel trackers
