DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate - Level III to join our AFT (new Test Line) specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
This role is for the new Advanced Functional Test System (AFT - new Test Line) at RMEP.
The role will be part of AFT's launch team to ensure the equipment, processes and operations standards are set up, issues resolved and ramp up achieved.
- Will be responsible to learn all stations in AFT to rig and de-rig engines
- Will be responsible on acclimatizing with new work conditions
- Prior experience with Hot Test preferable
- Prior experience with Torque Tooling needed
- Ability to solve problems on a daily basis.
- Flexible to train on first shift and transition back into current shifts in Q2 of 2025.
