Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future Currently, ManTech is seeking a detail-oriented CRM / Employment Brand Solution Strategist to join our Employment Brand, Channels and Candidate attraction team. This is a remote position that would require frequent travel to Herndon, Va along with other locations for Vendor meetings, as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the creation, deployment and execution of candidate focused marketing campaigns Management of best in class CRM communications, including development of content, activations and audience management Management of entire TA portfolio of needs consisting of prospecting, alumni, early career, university, diversity and military veterans campaigns Execution of email and SMS campaigns on the Avature platform, including setup, testing, deployment and reporting Content development for use in multiple campaigns, representing all facets of the organization Ensure all communications follow industry standards and privacy policies Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five or more years of Marketing experience Two or more years of experience designing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns Two or more years of experience unifying multiple recruitment marketing components (googleAds, YouTube, CRM, etc) into strategic, repeatable solutions Two or more years of experience Familiarity with best practices in CRM data management and marketing automation Two or more years experience working with or for Recruitment Marketing consulting organizations Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
