Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Management Analyst in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) DEFEND E Program. The CDM DEFEND E Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace. The Management Analyst will be an essential part of The Program Management Office (PMO) organization, which is a highly matrixed team reporting at both executive and client-facing levels. The PMO drives operational excellence through the implementation of industry best practices, standards of execution and customer-aligned delivery cadence. The PMO encompasses the program’s business operations functions and ensures these functions are aligned with the organization’s overall strategic goals. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate submission of contract deliverables which include but are not limited to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, meeting reports, presentations, and plans. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly and monthly deliverables leveraging best practices and project templates Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity project. Capture and/or support the update of risks, actions and tasks, communicated through various mediums, as defined by the project. Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and recommend changes to improve efficiency and standardization. Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items, provide input in the integrated master schedule, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed. Assist the Project Lead and Directors with milestone management and documentation. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information Break projects into achievable actions and set timeframes Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives Assist with project procurement management and vendor engagement Monitor project progress and provide status of issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Work with the Project Manager to eliminate progress blockers Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, procedures, and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met by adhering to quality assurance standards Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience with project management Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings Strong interpersonal, creative problem-solving, written, and verbal communications skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias for action Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Clearance Requirements Must be a US Citizen (non-dual citizenship) and be willing and able to obtain DHS Suitability Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time Constantly operates a computer & other office equipment. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Repetitive Motions The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
