Pay: $122-$175k
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:
Specific job duties or deliverables that the position requires which will also measure performance:
- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple high-impact programs and projects across the IT organization, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CIO and senior leadership to define program goals, objectives, and success metrics aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the Office of the CIO and various stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of programs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular status updates, detailed reports, and performance metrics to the CIO and other stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal program execution.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to support the adoption and integration of new initiatives and technologies within the organization.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within the Technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
