We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Demand Generation Specialist to join our team and support our Customer Marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, optimize campaigns, and support marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign execution will help amplify our reach and deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and executing demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including email, paid search, social media, and content marketing. Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager to align campaign strategies with customer marketing objectives.
Content & Asset Management: Support the curation of marketing assets such as landing pages, ad creatives, email templates, and promotional materials. Coordinate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead-nurturing workflows to ensure high-quality leads are moving through the pipeline. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handoff and nurture strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and customer acquisition. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Market Research & Segmentation: Conduct research on target audience segments, competitor analysis, and emerging trends to refine campaign targeting. Work with the Customer Marketing Manager to segment audiences and personalize content strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and optimizing the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient use of resources across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and other marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with broader business goals, and coordinate to support customer success initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience in campaign management, with a solid understanding of lead nurturing and inbound marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and a background in the tech or SaaS industry.
Experience with content creation and understanding of content marketing best practices.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.

Salary Range: USD $50,000.00 – $60,000.00*
