Through this joint venture, Guaranteed Rate Affinity provides mortgage origination services to the clients of more than 700 Coldwell Banker and select Sotheby’s International Realty offices owned by NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Anywhere and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In addition, Guaranteed Rate Affinity markets its services to consumers and unaffiliated realtor referral sources.
What’s the Role?
Guaranteed Rate Affinity is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicatedBroker Processor to join our innovative and passionate team and work remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review loan files for completeness and adherence to mortgage guidelines and regulations
- Package loan file for submission to Lender for review
- Review conditionally approved loan file from Lender
- Gather outstanding conditions from borrower for submission to Lender for CTC
- Keep all parties (borrower, VP, Lender) apprised of loan status and needs
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service for our borrowers and VPs
- Other duties as directed
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high levels of customer service
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, fast learner and self-motivated to find solutions
- Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines and regulations
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Loan processing experience required
- Experience with Encompass preferred
- Experience with title reports, ordering Homeowners Insurance, Condo packages
- Broker/wholesale loan & reverse mortgage experience preferred
- Experience with using TPO sites preferred
