Program Summary
KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.
Job Summary
Administers production control, inventory control, shipping and receiving of materials. Place WRM orders for parts and supplies using approved WRM Funds, tracking shipment statuses using Due-Out Validation listings, Integrated Management Data System (IMDS), and Base Supply. Tracks turn-ins including Due-In for Maintenance (DIFM) parts. Support maintenance in processing issue requests, researching sources of supply, entering manual requisitions (part number only), updating exception code lists, and resolving other peculiar maintenance supply problems. Perform backorder parts review and validation, utilize Tail Number Bin (TNB) for received parts storage. Supply discipline is the responsibility of all personnel regardless of position. Assure personnel at all levels practice good supply discipline. Perform Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Kit ordering procedures IAW TO 00-5-15 and AFI 23-101. Initiate requests for kits, parts, and special tool requirements through LRS. Establishment and management of TNBs is a shared responsibility between maintenance and supply. TNBs are storage locations established and controlled to store issued parts awaiting installation and parts removed to Facilitate Other Maintenance. TNBs are set up by equipment tail number, serial number, or identification number. Maintain security and control of TNB assets. Identify WRM supply procured assets requiring functional check or calibration before use. All programs are monitored to preclude any forms of fraud, waste & abuse. Provide customer service to department, company and government personnel. Strictly adheres to US Air Force Technical Orders and Safety Directives. Drive vehicles as required. All other additional duties as assigned by supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities
WRM Materiel Management Parts and Supplies monitor.
Orders WRM parts and supplies using approved WRM Funds.
Coordinate COR approval on items not available as Government furnished materials (GFM).
Perform backorder parts review and validation.
Assists in the establishment of an equipment Tail Number Bin (TNB) for each WRM AGE asset.
Perform Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Kit parts ordering following TCTO directives.
Identify supply procured assets requiring functional check or calibration before use.
Other duties assigned.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizen
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
3 years’ experience with USAF unit level or above supply system.
Possess technical skills in supply purchasing, and administration.
MS Office computer skills (Windows, Excel).
Valid US Driver License
