Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Incirlik, Ankara, and Izmir air bases in Turkey and Morón Air Base in Spain. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the completion of required reports in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments, performs a wide range of administrative, office support, and coordination activities in support of Program Manager Site leadership at the Turkey and Moron air bases.
- Must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals.
- Must be familiar with KBR Operations Procedures to include but not limited to: Employee Messaging, Incident Reporting Requirements, Situational/Weekly Operations Report, Staff Meeting procedures, Project Status Report (PSR) Slides, Program Management Reviews, Site briefs and the ability to take and maintain meeting minutes
Basic Qualifications
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 1 year of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Must possess general understanding of KBR concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associate technical exhibits
- Supports Site Operations Department to fulfill contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government in accordance with contract and Task Order
- Familiar with the SharePoint system
- Mandatory American National (AN)
- Must possess United States passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least six blank visa/stamp pages remaining
- Must possess driver’s license with at least six months of remaining validity
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum one-year previous Operations experience or equivalent Military experience
