Job Description The selected applicant will provide project support and analysis to multiple projects and efforts under the Aviation Solutions Division, supporting customer located in St, Inigoes, MD. The individual will also act as a liaison on behalf of Senior Project Support, Task Leaders and Project Managers. This is a full-time onsite position located in St. Inigoes, MD.
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform tasks supporting the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing and controlling, developing and completing projects or programs.
Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives.
Support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for assigned business area.
Attend to a variety of administrative matters such as customer status meetings, IPTs, etc.
Control and maintain a wide variety of financial and other records (stored both manually and electronically).
Compile technical, financial and other project data using various database programs for inclusion in reports and presentation materials.
Assist in the development of project cost estimate work packages, reports and contract deliverables while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate between the Project Manager(s) and Contract Administrators for the tasking and monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance on prime contract.
Will work to compile metrics relating to project success, attributes and productivity and adherence to defined process and will track costs and performance to ensure project goals and objectives are met. The selected candidate may also serve as a resource to project managers and project leaders in assisting them with implementing process and efforts within the project(s). Will also coordinate activities such as meetings, arrangements, and travel between project manager, customer and outside parties.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related experience or Associate Degree and 4 years of related experience or High School diploma and 6 years of related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization
Ability to efficiently handle shifting priorities
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
